Product Introduction
HVA-2 is a multi-function rubber agents which can be used as curing agent as well as coagent in peroxide curing system; also can be used as retarder and tackifier. It performs well in all type of rubbers. In natural rubber, synergising with sulfur can bring good anti-reversion, anti-heating, anti-aging performance. In synthetic rubbers like ethylene-based elastomers (EPDM, EPM, EVA, EOM) acrylate-based elastomers (AEM and ACM) and chlorinated/ chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CPE and CSM), it can work as assitant curing agent in promoting crosslinking property, heat bearing, decreasing permanent compression set, and save the dosage of peroxide agent so as to prevent schorching.
Applications
1.As a multifunctional rubber additive, HVA-2 can be used as a vulcanizing agent during rubber processing, as well as a peroxide system vulcanizing agent, and an anti-scorching agent and tackifier for general rubber and special rubber and rubber-plastic combined system.
2.In natural rubber, when combined with sulfur, it can prevent reversion of vulcanization, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, aging resistance, and improve the adhesion of rubber to cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber.
3.Used in heavy-duty tire rubber, buffer layer and other rubbers, it can solve the problem of the shoulder gap of bias truck tires, and can also be used for large-size and thick natural rubber products and various rubber sundries.
4.HVA-2 is used in chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, bromobutyl rubber, acrylate rubber, silicone rubber and rubber-plastic combined rubber, etc. In special rubber, as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent, it can significantly improve the cross-linking performance and heat resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems. It can significantly reduce the compression set. It can also reduce the amount of peroxides and prevent the rubber from being processed. The scorch can improve the adhesive strength of rubber material, cord and metal.
