Product Introduction
SPchem TB710 is a nitrosamine-free vulcanizing agent with ultra-fast curing speed.
Applications
1.Sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubbers.
Especially good in curing rubber that contains chlorine such as chlorobutyl and polychloroprene.
2.In tires SPchem TB710 serials are used in the innerliner, chafer, bead apex, sidewalls, tread，seals, conveyor belts, automotive hoses, shock absorption, etc.
3.SPchem TB710 produces a high percentage of mono-sulfidic crosslinks that results in vulcanizates with superior antiheat aging characteristics.
4.SPchem TB710 can be used as either complete or partial replacements for sulfur and thiuram and DTDM sulfur donors in EV and semi-EV type cure systems. When used as a partial replacement for sulfur, SPchem TB710 tends to improve dispersion of other additives in the rubber.
